Subject: [PATCH] tests/micropython: Add missing SystemExit after printing
 SKIP.

The test runner expects `print("SKIP")` to be followed by
`raise SystemExit`.  Otherwise it waits for 10 seconds for the target to
do a soft reset before timing out and continuing.
