As a user of the TonberryPico,
I want the wireless interface of the device to be in AP mode during first bootup,
so that I can connect to the device with a browser.

I then want to be able to configure the devices' wireless interface to be in station mode, with an either automatically or manually assigned IP address, such that the device integrates into an existing wireless network.
