We now have picotool support, which is our default means of flashing an image. The udiskctl/mountpoint option remains usable.

Flashing via device serial doesn't work for some reason, so for now we take usb bus and device numbers and use these to identify the target.

As with the udiskctl approach, we flash to the first device we can find.

Delete Branch "flash_with_picotool"
